Competenze

• Diplôme en ingénierie textile ou équivalent est un plus.
• Expérience de 5-7 ans dans l'industrie textile demandée.
• Connaissance des processus de l'industrie textile souhaitée.

Position: Yarns Process Quality Specialist

Division: Tessile, Loro Piana

In the Quality function of the Textile Division, the resource will assume the role of Yarns Process Quality Specialist, responsible for developing and monitoring the qualitative performance of internal and external processes related to yarn transformation.

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, the candidate will directly interface with Quality and Production contacts at internal manufacturing plants and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and promptly supporting the analysis of quality issues and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions across all production phases.

The resource will join the Textile Quality team and collaborate with the operational team, also interfacing with other functions such as Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Office.

1. Manage non-conformities on yarns, conducting root cause analysis and containment actions.
2. Contribute to monitoring, supporting, and sharing the Yarn Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Define and implement improvement plans.
4. Support manufacturing plants and suppliers in prevention and resolution of issues.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings on production lines, ensuring the achievement and maintenance of Quality Targets.
6. Collaborate with Operations to control the spinning process output, reacting to and preventing identified issues.
7. A degree in Textile Engineering, Management, Production, or a diploma in Textile Perception is a plus.
8. At least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles within the textile industry.
9. Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools.
10. Basic knowledge of Project Management and key methodologies such as Problem Solving, Risk Analysis, and Statistical Analysis.
11. Excellent communication and relational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential quality issues.
12. Willingness to undertake short business trips.
13. Knowledge of specific textile industry processes (preparation, spinning, twisting, warping, dyeing, weaving).
