Our services cover every aspect of yacht ownership — from purchase and sale to construction, charter, and management — for both new builds and pre-owned vessels. What you will do :

  • Represent leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, shipyards, and key industry stakeholders;
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with the most suitable yachts;
  • Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility;
  • Stay informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity;

Attend boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed.

What we expect from you :

  • Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, shipyard or dealership environments;
  • Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Professional, self-motivated, and highly organized;
  • Bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license (or a hand-on crew experience) is a plus

    Based in the

    EU or UAE

    with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
