Responsibilities
  • 通过各种渠道,开发对国际货运有需求的国内外客户,通过建立和不断强化关系来获得客户更多销售机会,完成销售目标和销售预算 - By setting up and continuously strengthening relationships to get more customers and sales opportunities, through various channels to develop domestic and overseas customers. Achieve sales target and budget.
  • 自主安排客户拜访,了解客户需求,并给出专业化的解决方案 - Plan and execute customer visits. Collect customer needs through visits and provide professional solutions.
  • 根据公司的销售策略对客户需求进行报价和修订价格,按要求完成客户信息的CRM系统录入 - Arrange quotations and revisions of prices according to the company development strategy. Duly input customers’ information into the CRM system.
  • 积极反馈客户和市场动态,分析和管理客户数据,以衡量自己的业绩并发现客户的新趋势、新情况,并决定将采取什么样的行动计划 - Provide feedback on customer and market information, analyze and manage customer data, measure performance, identify new customer trends and situations, and decide on action plans.
  • 和相关部门保持良好的合作关系,确保及时解决客户的各种问题,提高客户满意度 - Maintain good cooperation with relevant departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • 根据销售业绩实际情况和市场动态,制定销售部门预算,控制销售成本,并及时作出预算调整及改进方案 - Based on actual sales performance and market dynamics, set sales department budgets, control sales costs, and make timely budget adjustments and improvement plans.
  • 协调公司内部各部门,进行有效沟通,以最大限度配合业务开展,持续推进销售目标、策略的有效进行 - Coordinate effectively with internal departments to maximize cooperation for business development and continue to promote sales targets and strategies effectively.
  • 个人与部门的应收账款控制,对销售人员进行专业销售培训及跨职能业务知识培训 - Control personal and departmental accounts receivable, and provide professional sales training and cross-functional business knowledge training for sales staff.
  • 完成管理层布置的其他工作 - Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 十年以上在国际型物流货运公司的从业经验 - 10+ years of management experience in international forwarding companies.
  • 本科学历及以上,工商管理或者相关专业 - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 良好的英语口语及书面能力 - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • 良好的中文口语及书写能力 - Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • 熟练运用办公软件 - Proficient in Microsoft Office.

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
