Competenze

  • 8-10 years of experience in Digital projects within an international context.
  • Fluency in English required; Italian preferred.

Descrizione del lavoro

The position is based in our HQ in Rome.

The candidate will report directly to the WW Communication Officer and will leads the Digital team in the areas of Media (Awareness and Performance), SEO & Search, UX and Conversion Rate Optimization, Front End design and development.

Job responsibilities :

The profile will have the main responsibilities :

  • Organize, boost and speed up the Digital Roadmap to ensure Fendi stays ahead of competition in all markets;
  • Build a strong collaboration with Communication, Digital Content, E-Commerce and CRM teams to ensure customer experience excellence and 360 view on clients;
  • Structure a robust front end roadmap to ensure website navigation is always innovative, easy to use, accessible and continuously optimized;
  • Lead the Media innovation.

Profile :

  • 8-10 years of successful experience in delivering Digital projects experiences in an international context with a proven positive track record in terms of project successfully launched and positive business and customer indicators;
  • Data driven mindset combined with the understanding of luxury business;
  • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously in a number of areas (media, brand, UX, communication, …) and to speak with a large variety of stakeholders;
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team;
  • Extremely organized and high attention to luxury and detail;
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging trends in digital;
  • Fluency in English is a must, Italian is a nice to have.
