What you will do:

As an Italian-speaking Operational Risk Specialist with experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioral changes towards process and workplace safety.

Note: This vacancy is not suitable for candidates with operational risk management experience within financial services. We require experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining.

Who are you?

As a freelance subject matter expert, you can hit the ground running with complex safety projects, demonstrating a track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all levels within organizations. You should:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business
• Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety Training
• Have expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors
• Have experience managing change and embedding a safety culture
• Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to develop expertise in safety and operations management
• Be interested in working on a freelance basis, capable of engaging in short and long-term projects without guarantees of further work
