Una società di consulenza operativa sta cercando un Specialista in Rischio Operativo con esperienza nel settore industriale. Il candidato supporta le operazioni di audit e forma il personale per promuovere la sicurezza sul lavoro. Si richiede un Master e un'ampia esperienza nel settore manifatturiero o pesante, oltre alla fluente conoscenza dell'italiano.

Competenze

• Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nella gestione del rischio operativo.
• Esperienza nel settore manifatturiero o pesante esigita.
• Fluente in italiano e capacità di coinvolgere vari livelli organizzativi.

Mansioni

• Supportare la valutazione e l'audit dei siti dei clienti.

What you will do:

As an Italian-speaking Operational Risk Specialist with experience in manufacturing or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to promote cultural and behavioral change towards workplace safety.

Please note: this vacancy is not suitable for candidates with Operational Risk Management experience solely within financial services. We require experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining.

Who are you?

As a freelance subject matter expert, you can quickly engage with complex safety projects and have a proven track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all organizational levels. You should:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business

• Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety Training

• Possess expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors

• Have experience in change management and embedding a safety culture

• Be fluent in Italian

• Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to develop expertise in safety and operations management

• Be interested in working on a freelance basis, capable of engaging in short and long-term projects without guarantees of further work
