We are looking for our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice in Mercer for two brilliant candidates to join us as a Senior Consultant and Manager on our Milan or Rome office .
Our Transformation Practice supports our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and optimize workforce performance.
