We are seeking candidates for our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice at Mercer, for roles as Senior Consultant and Manager in our Milan or Rome offices.

Our Transformation Practice supports clients' People Strategy, focusing on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology, and Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices through comprehensive evaluations;
• Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities, developing expertise in organization design, process re-engineering, analytics, and technology trends;
• Design and implement tailored solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals;
• Contribute to large client projects, supporting project delivery in line with strategic direction;
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and sessions, acting as a trusted advisor;
• Utilize Mercer tools and methodologies, collaborating with other HR consulting practices;
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations;
• Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience for Senior Consultant, 5 years for Manager, in consulting with a focus on workforce and organization transformation or related fields;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with data translation capabilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and statistical tools;
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
