Workforce & Organization Transformation - Senior Consultant

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Mercer is seeking candidates to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice as a Senior Consultant in our Milan or Rome office.
Our Transformation Practice supports our clients' People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology, and Analytics.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and optimize workforce performance.

What can you expect:

1. Collaborate with Clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices;
2. Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics, and technology trends;
3. Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and address their specific workforce and organizational needs;
4. Contribute to large complex client projects, sell, and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager;
5. Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in presence or remote);
6. Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space;
7. Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients;
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Economics / Organization / Management Engineering;
2. At least 3 years of experience in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, organizational development, or a related field;
3. Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implementation, and coordination of development projects;
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
5. Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of statistical tools;
6. Italian and English proficiency.
