Mercer is seeking candidates to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice as a Senior Consultant in our Milan or Rome office.
Our Transformation Practice supports our clients' People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology, and Analytics.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and optimize workforce performance.
