As a Workday Integration Consultant : You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals delivering more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

• Integration Leadership & Expertise: Share best practices and lead discovery sessions on Workday integrations, including system rationalization and domain-specific solutions.
• Project Delivery & Team Management: Oversee integration design and documentation, guide a team of consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support: Host workshops, lead discussions, and contribute to shaping integration solutions during pre-sales and client engagement phases.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficiency in multiple integration areas (e.g., Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs).
• Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage virtual team and client interactions efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Set yourself apart with:

• Workday up-to-date Integration certification.
• Cloud Connect, Third Party Payroll and Benefits experience.
• Workday Studio Certification.
• Ability to work closely with a global team, including offshore delivery teams.
• Workday Reporting / PRISM / Extend experience.
• Workday HCM or Financials functional / consulting experience.
• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, among others.
