Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a cutting-edge Human Capital Management system across multiple countries. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing stakeholder requests and configuring the system in collaboration with external consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and their configuration within Workday, with the capability to lead a multi-phase rollout. They will also take ownership of the system's ongoing development, staying up-to-date with the latest releases and assessing evolving business needs to implement new solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience of leading or supporting at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project
• Strong technical knowledge of Workday, particularly in the areas of Core HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance and Learning
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus

About This Role
