Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist in Lisbon to support Italian-speaking business clients in growing their online advertising campaigns. The role blends sales with digital marketing, in an international environment.

You will contact existing B2B customers, build relationships with marketing pros and decision-makers, and advise on suitable campaign solutions while achieving sales targets.

• Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills.
• Experience or strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Work Model: On-site
• Language: Italian + English
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
