Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will contact existing B2B clients, advise on online advertising strategies, and build relationships with marketing professionals and decision-makers.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position with competitive total compensation, including a monthly gross cash package and optional company accommodation, relocation support, health insurance, and international career

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: On-site
• Language: Italian + English
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment

What You'll Do

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
• Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
• Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills.
• Experience or a strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
