Job summary

Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its international environment in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information with a professional approach.

No prior customer service experience is required as full training is provided. Relocation support and a 2500€ gross relocation bonus are available for candidates moving to Lisbon, with additional assistance for those within Portugal.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in at least one European language.
• Basic to intermediate English skills (B1 or higher).
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months.
• No previous customer service experience required; full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

Full Reloacation Bonus

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:

• Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
• Assistance in finding house according to the needs of the candidate
• Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle- €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more)
