We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Women’s Woven Designer to join our Luxury Fashion House. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic sense, deep knowledge of woven textile constructions, and a strong track record in designing and developing women’s woven apparel collections within the luxury segment.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the designer will be responsible for the design and development of women’s woven garments (jackets, trousers, dresses, shirts, outerwear), actively contributing to the creative direction of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop seasonal Women’s Woven collections aligned with the brand’s creative vision and luxury positioning

Research trends, materials, and inspiration to build moodboards and seasonal storytelling Create sketches and technical drawings (both by hand and digitally)

Collaborate closely with product development, pattern-making, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand standards

Develop detailed technical sheets and specifications for each garment

Select appropriate fabrics, finishes, and trims tailored to the luxury market Attend fittings and follow prototype development through to final sample

Support collection presentations for showroom, buyers, and fashion shows

Requirements

Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent qualification

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Women’s Woven Designer, preferably in luxury fashion houses

Strong skills in designing structured and tailored garments

In-depth knowledge of woven fabrics and garment construction processes

Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other relevant design software

Ability to work cross-functionally under tight deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail, refined aesthetic, and passion for fashion

Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory
