A renowned fashion brand is looking for a Freelance Womenswear Designer to creatively develop women's collections with a focus on high-end casual and lifestyle segments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in women's fashion and a contemporary aesthetic. Responsibilities include trend research, collection conceptualization, and collaboration with various teams. This role offers remote work with occasional meetings in Milan and travel within Italy for fittings.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience in developing and styling women's collections.
• Contemporary aesthetic sensibility with a young, sophisticated taste.
• Ability to oversee a project from concept to final product.

For one of our clients, a renowned fashion brand active in the high-end casual & lifestyle segment, targeting a young and contemporary woman, we are looking for a :

Freelance Womenswear Designer

The candidate will be responsible for the creative development of the women's collections, with a focus on the high-end casual-lifestyle segment, ensuring consistency with the brand’s young, sophisticated, and contemporary DNA.

Main Responsibilities :

• Researching trends, materials, fabrics, colors, and inspirations
• Conceptualizing and developing collections : sketches, looks, color palettes
• Creating technical sheets and supporting the product team
• Collaborating with pattern makers, suppliers, and production

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years experience, maximum 12 years of experience in developing and styling women’s collections, preferably in the high-end, contemporary, casual / lifestyle segment

Contemporary aesthetic sensibility , with a young and sophisticated taste

Ability to work independently , manage deadlines, and organize workflow

Ability to oversee a project from concept to final product , interacting with the product development team, suppliers, factories, and other figures involved in the production process

Location :

Remote, with possible meetings at the HQ in Milan and travel within Italy for fittings, product development meetings, and when necessary.
