A leading fashion brand is seeking a Freelance Womenswear Designer who will be responsible for the creative development of women's collections in the high-end casual-lifestyle segment. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience, a contemporary aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final product. The role is remote, with potential travel for fittings and meetings.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years and maximum 12 years of experience in women's collections.
• Experience in high-end, contemporary, casual/lifestyle segments is preferred.
• Fluent Italian is required.

Mansioni

• Research trends, materials, fabrics, colors, and inspirations.

For one of our clients, a renowned fashion brand active in the high-end casual & lifestyle segment, targeting a young and contemporary woman, we are looking for a : Freelance Womenswear Designer The candidate will be responsible for the creative development of the women's collections, with a focus on the high-end casual-lifestyle segment, ensuring consistency with the brand’s young, sophisticated, and contemporary DNA.

Main Responsibilities : Researching trends, materials, fabrics, colors, and inspirations Conceptualizing and developing collections : sketches, looks, color palettes Creating technical sheets and supporting the product team Collaborating with pattern makers, suppliers, and production ............ Requirements : Minimum 5 years experience, maximum 12 years of experience

in developing and styling women’s collections, preferably in the high-end, contemporary, casual / lifestyle segment Contemporary aesthetic sensibility , with a young and sophisticated taste Ability to

work independently , manage deadlines, and organize workflow Ability to

oversee a project from concept to final product , interacting with the product development team, suppliers, factories, and other figures involved in the production process Location : Remote, with possible meetings at the HQ in Milan and travel within Italy for fittings, product development meetings, and when necessary. Languages : Fluent Italian required.
