Overview

Job Title: Packing Associate - Bottling Line / Packer

Location: Naples, NY

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:15 AM – 4:15 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with bottling and packaging operations, as well as supporting various stages of wine production. This is a hands-on position that involves working on the bottling line and performing light assembly and packing tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor equipment on the bottling line
  • Pack finished products into boxes and prepare for shipment
  • Assist in tasks related to wine production, including
  • Crushing and pressing
  • Fermentation and racking
  • Filtering and bottling
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a physically active environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team
