Position Summary

In this role, you will be part of the Winches design team. You will be responsible for defining and designing the most suitable solutions to meet our customers' requirements, in accordance with standards and internal design best practices.

Starting from requirements provided by customers or the sales team, you will develop a solution proposal and follow the design lifecycle through all phases (planning, design, calculation, standards compliance, documentation, testing monitoring).

You will also support other functions (sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly) with technical assistance from the engineering team.

Job Position Requirements

Education: University master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Management Engineering

Professional background in:

  • Winch companies
  • Electronic companies
  • Gearbox companies
  • Automotive companies

3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, construction, machinery, and equipment.

Hard Skills
