Competenze

• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in Trade Marketing/Marketing, preferibilmente in cosmetici.

• Responsabile per la conceptualizzazione e implementazione di attivazioni di trade omni-channel.

SHARE YOUR TALENT

In this position, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Conceptualisation, implementation, and follow-up of "omni-channel" trade activations (Brick & Mortar, Online, CRM, Social Media, etc.), including analysis of all activations and operations for partners in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, and Greece.
• Development of impactful presentations to communicate launches and animations with partners and internal teams.
• Forecasting and maximising Sell Out performance at the point of sale, including recommendations and actions to increase sales.
• Coordination of support tools such as Merchandising, Training, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Qualifiche

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing (preferably in cosmetics) and a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing or similar.
• You balance being data & KPI-driven with being a creative, curious mind eager to share ideas regularly.
