Wholesale Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Wholesale Specialist for our headquarters in Campi Bisenzio.

The Specialist will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as order processing, data entry, and customer service. They will act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are out of the office and will oversee logistics, payments, and customer service projects, both for Italian and international sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support operations in the commercial department, including back-office and sales support, and provide financial models to drive KPIs.
• Analyze large datasets, identify sales opportunities, and offer guidance to optimize strategies.
• Support wholesale customers with purchase orders, reorders, and follow-ups on discrepancies.
• Monitor sales campaigns and assist agencies with data entry.
• Plan seasonal calendars, coordinate sample shipments, and distribute sales materials.
• Coordinate data collection, forecast closures, and transfer final data to production.
• Monitor shipments, turnover, and manage returns and commercial agreements.
• Handle contracts, certificates, declarations, and support quarterly agent commissions.
• Monitor due dates, control account statements, and communicate with administration regarding financial instruments such as L/Cs and bank guarantees.

About You

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; Russian is preferred.
• Experience in wholesale administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of AS400 and Stealth 3000 systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
