Taller Marmo cerca un Wholesale Intern da inserire nel nostro team di Milano. L'opportunità permette di lavorare a stretto contatto con i reparti Finance, Marketing e Logistica per supportare funzioni chiave del business nel settore fashion di lusso.

Il candidato ideale è organizzato, con buone competenze analitiche e di Excel, capace di comunicare in inglese. Si offre un'esperienza formativa in diverse funzioni, con affiancamento al team wholesale e possibilità di crescita nel settore.

Competenze

• Richiede ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Competenze analitiche e numeriche per interpretare dati di vendita.
• Definizione di buone competenze comunicative in inglese (italiano preferibile).
• Conoscenza di Joor e Zedonk è un vantaggio.

Mansioni

• Coordinare campagne wholesale e gestione showroom digitale (Joor).
• Preparare e organizzare cataloghi prodotto per presentazioni e vendite.
• Gestire attività amministrative, ordini e conferme d'ordine.
• Rispondere a richieste clienti e gestire reclami.
• Analizzare report di vendita, sell-through e tendenze di mercato.
• Condurre analisi della concorrenza per opportunità e sfide.
• Supportare training e linee guida di visual merchandising per i partner retail.
• Monitorare gli e-tailers per garantire coerenza con le linee guida del brand.
• Contribuire agli ordini in stagione per guidare la crescita delle vendite.
• Supportare il team Wholesale nel raggiungimento di obiettivi stagionali.

Job Description

Taller Marmo is seeking a Wholesale Intern to join our dynamic team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury fashion. As part of the Wholesale Team, you will work closely with the Finance, Marketing, and Logistics departments to support key functions of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating wholesale campaigns and managing the digital showroom (Joor).
• Support in preparing and organizing product catalogs for presentations and sales.
• Handle administrative tasks, including order processing and confirmations.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving claims.
• Analyze sales reports, customer sell-through data, and market trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Help create training materials and visual merchandising guidelines for retail partners.
• Monitor e-tailers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Contribute to in-season reorders to drive sales growth.
• Support the Wholesale Team in achieving seasonal goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical and numerical skills to interpret sales data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus).
• Knowledge of Joor and Zedonk is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of wholesale operations.
