A leading company in footwear is seeking a Wholesale Area Manager to cover a maternity leave for 8 months. The candidate will manage and develop distribution processes for the Moon Boot brand in France and Benelux, overseeing sales performance and relationships with key partners to drive brand strategy and success.

Descrizione del lavoro

This role is an 8 months maternity cover for the position of the Wholesale Area Manager Moon Boot France Benelux . The successful candidate will interim manage, maintain, and develop distribution in line with the brand strategy, with responsibilities including :

  • Implementing the strategic business plan set by the general manager for the territory;
  • Developing sales by defining and discussing budgets aligned with growth objectives with key partners;
  • Conducting market visits to propose and discuss distribution strategies consistent with the brand's positioning;
  • Developing new and existing business, maintaining key relationships with wholesale accounts;
  • Defining trade terms in line with turnover and margin targets;
  • Managing sales campaigns from the Milan showroom;
  • Collaborating with customer service and finance teams to monitor shipments and payments, ensuring smooth delivery throughout the season;
  • Assisting wholesale partners in the buying process to ensure qualitative brand representation;
  • Analyzing stock levels and replenishments of partners in-season;
  • Conducting weekly sell-through analyses of key players and seasonal market performance of the network;
  • Executing staff training with key accounts and visual merchandising;
  • Maximizing brand exposure and defining brand positioning at each POS;
  • Supporting and updating customer mapping and internal CRM systems;
  • Identifying market trends and providing qualitative feedback to support the product team;
  • Supporting regional marketing activations such as pop-ups and events.
