You will be a key contributor to technology volume ramp-up in ST.

Your role will be part of the Manufacturing group inside the Process Engineering team.

The focus of the group will be to ensure a smooth transition between R&D activities and mass production, maintaining high product quality, defining process flows and recipes, ensuring equipment performance, and understanding interactions between process steps.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage WET & Dry Etch Process Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Technology Module Organization.
  • Ensure Process & Equipment robustness and stability.
  • Manage Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Variability Program to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Lead manufacturing objectives focusing on efficiency improvements, wafer fab yield targets, zero excursions, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain quality and service levels for internal and external customers.
  • Promote and sustain lean methodologies.
  • Foster strong collaboration among module teams.
Profile & Qualifications:
  • PhD or Master in scientific fields.
  • Over 15 years of experience in semiconductor companies.
  • Curiosity, initiative, problem-solving skills, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in Silicon and SiC processes and flow knowledge.
  • Strong team work attitude, ability to motivate and facilitate communication and negotiation.
  • Experience in process audit management.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional, cross-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams.
