Join our growing team as we look for a BMC (TSCO) TrueSight Capacity Optimization Support Engineer / Administrator to work 100% remotely on international projects!

As we experience rapid but stable growth, we are looking for a new addition to our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a friendly, international, highly-skilled team on a variety of projects including automotive, financial, energy sectors, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support for local and central capacity managers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot custom ETL codes (Integration Studio / ETL Development Kit).
• Perform complex troubleshooting and analysis for TSCO.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization is essential.
• Ability to test work results, maintain ETL codes, and conduct analysis.
• Knowledge of B05 management capacity framework.
• Infrastructure experience is essential, including some knowledge of Network, Server, and Storage.
• Experience with Linux and Oracle.
• Proficiency at B1 level or equivalent in written English or German.
