Contribute during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions related to special processes. Build the SP REX and collaborate with product engineering to redirect designs if necessary.

Industrialization:

Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and related improvement plans. Define tooling requirements, qualify product/process pairs, and support sourcing and SQD teams in supplier qualification and quality follow-up. Manage quality control process evolution, ensure deployment and validation of new processes, and generate relevant documentation.

Train workers, EPU managers, and Industrial Quality Inspectors. Ensure ongoing training and qualification of staff. Transfer process documentation, validation, and training.

Execution / Serial Manufacturing:

Ensure internal control and adherence to process rules, conduct audits, monitor business rule compliance, investigate root causes of non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. Demonstrate improvements in QCD and EHS related to SP, support quality crises, and measure performance against site objectives.

Transverse Activities:

Participate in meetings and working groups, propose business rule improvements, and contribute to standards evolution.
