A leading company in mobility is seeking a CBS Special Process Coordinator for their Savigliano site. This role encompasses coordinating industrial control during various phases, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has practical experience in industrial processes, along with strong teaching skills to train staff effectively.

For our Savigliano site in Italy, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CBS Special Process Coordinator.
To coordinate the industrial control of the Special Processes (SP) during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty. Defines and validates the detailed manufacturing process for new products. Performs industrial documentation, defines industrial master data, and sets manufacturing method times. During serial production, drives continuous improvement actions and industrializes product and process changes.
Contribute to the tender phase, especially in product design and industrialization, to account for industrial constraints and requirements, optimize costs, and minimize risks.
Contribute during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions related to special processes. Build the SP REX and collaborate with product engineering to redirect designs if necessary.
Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and related improvement plans. Define tooling requirements, qualify product/process pairs, and support sourcing and SQD teams in supplier qualification and quality follow-up. Manage quality control process evolution, ensure deployment and validation of new processes, and generate relevant documentation.
Train workers, EPU managers, and Industrial Quality Inspectors. Ensure ongoing training and qualification of staff. Transfer process documentation, validation, and training.
Ensure internal control and adherence to process rules, conduct audits, monitor business rule compliance, investigate root causes of non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. Demonstrate improvements in QCD and EHS related to SP, support quality crises, and measure performance against site objectives.
Participate in meetings and working groups, propose business rule improvements, and contribute to standards evolution.
Fluent in Italian (reading, writing, speaking) and good knowledge of English.
