Job Title : Welding Application Engineer

Location : Cucciago (CO)

Laser Welding Application Engineer operates in close collaboration with the Sales, Technical Office, and Service departments. The role involves designing and executing demos with clients and assessing the technical feasibility of special applications.

It is a key role for the development and sale of Laser Welding Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the technical feasibility of each request to meet client needs;
• Find technical solutions for special application requests;
• Organize and perform demos to showcase our Laser products;
• Maintain order and functionality of systems and equipment in the showroom and manage client materials properly.

Activities

• Feasibility analysis, development, and design of standard and special laser welding applications;
• Contribute to product development and industrialization, including value analysis;
• Support Service activities such as training, testing, and after-sales assistance related to developed applications;
• Collaborate in organizing demos, trade shows, and open house events;
• Assist in developing promotional materials in coordination with Marketing and Communication teams.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in a technical-scientific field (Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, or Physics);
• Diploma of International Welding Engineer (IWE);

• Good relational skills to interact constructively and proactively with clients and colleagues;
• Personal qualities of flexibility, dynamism, sense of responsibility, and capacity to undertake tasks appropriate to one's knowledge;
