LVMH Group in Rome is seeking a Client Welcomist to enhance the luxury shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their in-store visit and ensuring an inviting atmosphere.

The role involves managing client waiting times, supporting product packaging and stock activities. Ideal candidates are empathetic, agile, and passionate about retail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Descrizione del lavoro

Welcomist, you will be the first point of contact for clients inside the store. In collaboration with Managers and Client Advisors, you will be responsible for guiding the beginning of the client’s experience through a warm welcome and by providing useful directions during their in‑store visit.

Runner, you will contribute to ensuring that every product is always available and well organized, in order to guarantee an excellent Client Experience.
