Welcomist for Protected Categories (L.68/99) - Luxury Brand

The successful candidate will be based in a boutique in central Florence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage initial customer reception, providing highly personalized and consultative service.
• Handle appointment scheduling and support the sales staff to deliver an excellent retail experience.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

• Previous experience in high-end retail, with a focus on assisted sales and customer service; junior profiles passionate about fashion and luxury are also considered.
• Customer orientation and client loyalty focus.
• Excellent appearance, cheerful personality, and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of English.

Working Hours:

Full-time or part-time, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Contract Offer:

• Fixed-term direct contract with the client company, with potential for extension.
• Reference CCNL: Commerce.
• Salary and benefits: variable RAL depending on experience; includes €8 meal vouchers and performance incentives.
