Fidia Farmaceutici is recruiting a Web Strategy Specialist to manage the company’s online presence across therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines. You will work with agencies to design sites, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for conversions.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 5 years in digital roles, with advanced English and strong analytics. An open-ended contract offers welfare programs and ongoing training opportunities.

Competenze

Job Description With the aim of strengthening our Global Digital Business team, we are recruiting a Web Strategy Specialist You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s therapeutic areas and products online presence, from managing websites to optimizing related digital content.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of all company websites related to therapeutic areas and products and ensure they are aligning with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with external agencies to design websites and launch effective landing pages and monitor performance for lead generation and user engagement.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behavior, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement effective SEO, AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Stay up to date with search algorithms, AI search trends, and best practices to maximize organic discoverability.
• Plan and execute SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions and manage paid advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achievement of lead generation goals.
• Implement and manage automation processes between websites and the CRM system and ensure seamless data flow, lead tracking, and integration of marketing efforts with the CRM system.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Information technology or related fields.
• 5 years’ experience in digital roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, AEO, and GEO.
• Advanced proficiency with WordPress and Elementor, as well as expertise using Semrush or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of CRM Systems, Web Development and the main programming languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred.
• High proficiency in English.
• Ability to learn quickly and act innovatively as well as strong analytical skills.
