Charly Agency is a boutique digital agency based in Barcelona but operating in LATAM and Europe with a dynamic, agile, and fully remote team small team We specialize in building high-converting, design-driven websites for U.S.-based startups, eCommerce brands, B2B companies, and NGOs. Our approach blends strategic content, UX/UI design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across platforms including Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, and Framer.
We’re currently seeking a versatile Web & Content Marketing Strategist who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategic content creation, and user-focused web optimization. Ideally, you're a generalist eager to contribute in a small, collaborative team, willing to roll up your sleeves, and comfortable supporting sales processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead content marketing and CRO-driven strategies informed by deep insights and analytics.
- Develop strategic messaging, content hierarchy, and compelling CTAs aligned with user intent and brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to build intuitive, high-converting web experiences.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns designed to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Act as a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication, smooth project execution, and exceptional client experiences.
- Participate actively in sales pitches, providing strategic insights to prospective clients and strengthening client relationships.
- Align CRO efforts closely with overall marketing and campaign goals, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Uphold best practices and standards across all UX and content initiatives, from landing pages and product detail pages to comprehensive lead-generation funnels.
What You Bring:
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, content writing, CRO, UX, content marketing, or a related field, with demonstrable results.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Optimizely.
- Proven experience optimizing web content and user experiences for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of translating data insights into engaging, persuasive content.
- Comfort and confidence in client-facing roles, including presenting strategic recommendations and fostering strong client relationships.
- Web design and development expertise (Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Framer, or similar platforms) is highly beneficial, though not required.
Working Hours:
- Hourly work typically takes place during afternoons (approximately 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM CET).
