JOB PURPOSE
For the Digital Team based in Milan HQ, we are seeking a Web Analytics Specialist responsible for analyzing the performance of Group websites.
We offer a stimulating work environment with multiple innovative projects and a diverse network of colleagues with various skills and backgrounds, including UX designers, Product Owners, Data Analysts, E-commerce specialists, and Media professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web analytics, preferably within a strategy consulting firm.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or STEM fields are a plus).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), website management, and end-to-end conversion rate optimization processes.
Proficiency with CRO tools (e.g., Contentsquare).
Proven experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
