Job summary

Italian Beauty Labs in Cambiago, near Milan, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager to join our growing team and safeguard product compliance across cosmetics lines.

You will lead regulatory activities for make-up, skincare, and hybrid products, ensuring alignment with EU regulations and supporting development through market launch in collaboration with R&D, QA, and manufacturing. Fluent Italian and English are required, with strong communication across international brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MAKE-UP / COLOR COSMETICS contract manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EU cosmetics regulations and labeling.
• Experience with INCI, PIF, CPSR, CPNP, and product compliance.
• Experience supporting products from R&D through industrialization and market launch.
• Fluent or professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Italian Beauty Labs is growing - and we're looking for an experienced Regulatory Manager to join our team.

We are specifically looking for a Regulatory Affairs professional with:

• 5+ years of experience within a MAKE-UP / COLOR COSMETICS CONTRACT MANUFACTURER
• Strong knowledge of EU cosmetics regulations
• Experience with INCI, PIF, CPSR, CPNP, claims, labeling and product compliance
• Experience supporting products from R&D development through industrialization and market launch
• Knowledge of U.S. cosmetic regulatory requirements is a strong plus
• Fluent or professional proficiency in Italian and English
