Wayside Accountant / Construction Site Accounting / PMO

Responsibilities

1. Metric computation (for initial estimates and variations) for both unit price jobs and lump sum contracts.
2. Management of subcontractors (accounts payable cycle): work accounting, control of expert estimates, and supplier evaluations.
3. Management of active/passive progress: monitoring work progress status and authorization for the issuance of the active progress report.
4. Work journal: collection of documentation and registration of activities from the Site Manager.
5. Material requirements support.
6. Material reconciliation: assisting the site in closing the job, final material count (accounting for progress).
