A leading rail company is looking for motivated talents to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on their vehicles. The position involves analyzing diagnostic data, managing repairs, and contributing to improving rail mobility. Candidates should have a technical background, English proficiency (minimum B2 level) and are invited to work in Italy.

Competenze

• Willingness to work on assignment in Italy.
• Experience in service-related positions is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is desirable.

• Troubleshoot technical issues on rail vehicles using diagnostic data.
• Prepare reports on repair work and conduct failure analysis.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Troubleshooting technical issues on vehicles by analyzing available diagnostic data
Preparing reports on completed work
Diagnosing systems and subsystems found in rail vehicles
Analyzing technical documentation for the purpose of performing repairs
Coordinating the replacement of damaged components during repairs and service interventions
Conducting failure analysis using available diagnostic data
Identifying the root cause of identified issues
Handling warranty claims
Managing spare parts inventory

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Requirements:

Education: Minimum technical secondary education
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to work on assignment in Italy
Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Italian language
Experience in service-related positions
