As a Warehouse Operations Manager (m / f / d), you will report to the Country Logistics Manager in the Logistics department based in Rivalta Scrivia (RIV) for a permanent contract.

In this role, you will plan, develop, organize, coordinate, and control all physical, administrative, and accounting activities in the warehouse. You will manage and coordinate clerical staff and relations with ADECCO to ensure daily execution according to customer order processing plans. You will ensure the preservation and protection of goods, the environment, and equipment, as well as compliance with all applicable safety and hygiene regulations. You will optimize resource use to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, achieving and maintaining pre-set service levels. You will manage internal staff and contractors according to inbound and outbound flows.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate with other departments for medium-term planning and scheduling of reception and dispatch activities, including forecasting with ADECCO (site manager).
  • Validate daily work schedules and assign their execution to the handling company.
  • Define detailed Operating Instructions and Procedures for warehouse activities and verify their application and compliance.
  • Organize operations and storage systems to optimize goods flow and space utilization, including overstock areas.
  • Liaise with key customers regularly and visit them to verify service levels.
  • Analyze equipment and operational needs, and support management in researching new storage, handling systems, software, hardware, and identification systems.

What about you?

  • You hold a relevant degree from an engineering school or similar.
  • You have several years of logistics/supply chain experience and strong leadership skills.
  • You can coach and develop team members and monitor their work closely.
  • You are highly customer-oriented, solution-focused, and constantly seek process improvements.
  • You are experienced in working in an international environment and speak fluent English (C1).
