As a Warehouse Operations Manager (m / f / d), you will report to the Country Logistics Manager in the Logistics department based in Rivalta Scrivia (RIV) for a permanent contract.

Your responsibilities include planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all physical, administrative, and accounting activities in the warehouse. You will manage and coordinate clerical staff and relations with ADECCO to ensure daily execution in accordance with customer order processing plans. You will ensure the preservation and protection of goods, the environment, and equipment, as well as compliance with all applicable safety and hygiene regulations. You will optimize resource use, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, and that pre-set service levels are achieved and maintained. Additionally, you will manage internal staff and contractors according to inbound and outbound flows.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate with other departments for medium-term planning and scheduling of reception and dispatch activities, including collaboration with ADECCO for forecasts and requirements.
  • Validate daily work schedules and assign their execution to handling teams.
  • Define detailed Operating Instructions and Procedures for warehouse activities, and verify their compliance.
  • Organize operations and storage systems to optimize goods flow and space utilization, including overstock management.
  • Liaise with key customers and visit them to verify service levels.
  • Analyze equipment and operational needs, and support management in researching new storage, handling systems, and automation technologies.

What about you?

  • You hold a relevant degree from an Engineering school or similar.
  • You have several years of logistics/supply chain experience and strong leadership skills.
  • You are able to coach and develop team members and monitor their work closely.
  • You possess high customer orientation, solution-oriented mindset, and a constant drive to improve processes.
  • You are experienced working in an international environment and speak fluent English (C1).
