As a Warehouse Operations Manager (m/f/d), reporting to the Country Logistics Manager based in Rivalta Scrivia (RIV), this is a permanent contract.

Your responsibilities include planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all physical, administrative, and accounting activities in the warehouse. You will manage clerical staff and coordinate relations with ADECCO to ensure daily operations align with customer order processing plans. Ensuring the preservation and protection of goods, the environment, and equipment, while complying with safety and hygiene regulations, will be crucial. You will optimize resource use, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to meet service levels. Managing internal staff and contractors according to inbound and outbound flows will also be part of your role.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate with other departments for medium-term planning and scheduling of reception and dispatch activities, including collaboration with ADECCO for forecasts and requirements.
  • Validate daily work schedules and assign their execution to handling teams.
  • Define detailed Operating Instructions and Procedures for warehouse activities, continuously verifying compliance.
  • Organize operations and storage systems to optimize goods flow and space utilization, including overstock management.
  • Liaise with key customers regularly to verify service levels.
  • Analyze equipment and operational needs for improvements and support research into new storage, handling, and automation systems.

What about you?

  • You hold a degree in Engineering or a similar field.
  • You have several years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain and possess strong leadership skills.
  • You can coach and develop team members, monitoring their work closely.
  • You are highly customer-oriented, solution-focused, and constantly seeking process improvements.
  • You have experience working in an international environment and speak fluent English (C1).
