As a Warehouse Operations Manager (m / f / d), you will report to the Country Logistics Manager in the Logistics department based in Rivalta Scrivia (RIV) for a permanent contract.

In this role, you will plan, develop, organize, coordinate, and control all physical, administrative, and accounting activities in the warehouse. You will manage and coordinate clerical staff and relations with ADECCO, ensuring daily execution according to customer order processing plans. You will ensure the preservation and protection of goods, the environment, and equipment, as well as compliance with all applicable regulations, including safety and hygiene at work. You will optimize resource use, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, and that pre-set service levels are achieved and maintained. You will manage and coordinate internal staff and contractors based on inbound and outbound flows.

What will you do?

  1. Coordinate with other company departments for medium-term planning and scheduling of reception and dispatch activities, including with ADECCO for forecasts and requirements.
  2. Validate daily work schedules and assign their execution to handling companies.
  3. Define detailed Operating Instructions and Procedures for warehouse activities, ensuring compliance.
  4. Organize operations and storage systems to optimize flow and space, including overstock management.
  5. Liaise with key customers regularly to verify service levels.
  6. Analyze equipment and system needs for operational improvements and support management in researching new storage, handling systems, and automation technologies.

What about you?

  • You hold a relevant degree from an Engineering school or similar.
  • You have several years of Logistics / Supply Chain experience and strong leadership skills.
  • You can coach and develop team members and monitor their work closely.
  • You are highly customer-oriented, solution-focused, and constantly seek process improvements.
  • You are experienced in working in an international environment and speak fluent English (C1).
