Une entreprise mondiale leader dans le secteur de la confiserie recherche un ingénieur en automatisation pour son usine de San Sisto à Pérouse. Le rôle implique la gestion de projets, la mise en œuvre de solutions numériques et le soutien opérationnel tout en garantissant la sécurité des processus. Le candidat idéal devra avoir au moins 4-5 ans d'expérience en automatisation des entrepôts et être capable de travailler de manière flexible dans un environnement hybride.

• 4-5 years of experience in Warehouse Automation with Electrical engineering roles. In particular, it is mandatory to have proficiency in interfacing with PLC / MES and configuring connections with digital platforms.

Position Summary

In this role you will support the development on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouses automation Process automation in Supply Chain and Customer Service (RPA), Electricity and Automation (E&A) professional and technical in Warehouse / Factory for operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects, of the Digital Roadmaps in the Operations; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation / performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.

Your typical day :

• Project Management for E&A solutions : Participate in Capital Investments projects in the market, ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget. Must fully understand the technical details of the E&A solutions in all projects. Responsibilities include : collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reduce and control delivery lead times; inputting manufacturing knowledge and promoting best practice; analyzing and implementing improvement actions regarding workflows.
• Full Compliance : Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Ensure that the Change Management is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the Digital-E&A solutions. Ensure the application of the market and local Digital-E&A related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc).
• Product and Process Mastership : E&A engineers play a key role in the continuous improvement of operations through mastering the process and product characteristics. E&A engineers must have a deep insight into the processes and continuously strive for the improvement of efficiency quality, safety while protecting the technological know-how and competitive advantage.
• Operational Support : Participate in the implementation of engineering tools at market level. Ensure that all E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards. Ensure that the key documentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.). Participate in the M&I activities in the factory.
• Digital Solutions Implementation : Implement and test new digital solutions for process automation, standardization, and integration with digital platform architecture. E&A Engineers have to stay up to date on the latest digital technologies.

• Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas)
• Effective communication with different organizational levels.
• Must be fluent in English and Italian.
