Overview

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast paced athletic parallel distribution warehouse in Ontario, CA. Multiple shifts are available : Day, Evening, and Overnight. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.

Job Details

Job Title : Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate : Starting pay $19.00 / hr. (Increases depending on shift)

Location : Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accountability
• Load / Unload inbound and / or outbound freight from trailers / containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
• Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently
