What the job looks like
As a Warehouse and Logistics Operations Head, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics at the site, including inbound, outbound, import/export, and logistics services, ensuring compliance with GDP and GMP regulations. You will develop and implement strategic plans, lead the warehouse team, support their growth, and optimize processes and systems. Your role includes driving operational efficiencies, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
What you’ll bring to the table
You should have a university degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or pharmaceutical fields (an MSc or MBA is a plus). Certifications like Green Belt Six Sigma and supply chain certifications are desirable. Experience in GxP regulations, SAP, WMS, and digitalization projects is preferred. Fluency in English and Italian is required. Leadership skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively across departments are essential.
