For the next season 2025, we are looking for a Butler to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized in Villa Dining experience.
2. Provide food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully.
4. Personalize the bar offer.
5. Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly.
6. Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
7. Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
• Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
• HACCP certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests effectively.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
