Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints to provide personalized service in Villa Dining.
• Provide food and beverage service with timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure correct and beautiful presentation of orders.
• Personalize the bar offer.
• Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests promptly.
• Ensure service quality meets high standards.
• Coordinate and monitor assigned staff members.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred.
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
• Passion for service and professional growth ambition.
• HACCP certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Benefits

We offer a seasonal labor contract as per C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Waiter/Waitress, from May to November 2025, with potential for ongoing collaboration. Salary includes CCNL standards, seniority and skill-based increases, and separate payslips for 13th, 14th salaries, and TFR.
