Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Your approach to the job will be inspired by your authentic style and self-awareness—always ready with care, attention, and unique recommendations. You’ll know exactly who needs what and when, remember their names, and use your creativity and efficiency to deliver a fantastic experience every time.

In your role as a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll discuss and agree on key objectives with your line manager, supporting your department’s goals. You’ll also take responsibility for your development, embracing training opportunities, and learning from challenges and mistakes along the way.

How you do it:
  • You’ll have a great understanding of our restaurant policies and standards, following them at all times, especially on the restaurant floor.
  • You’ll ensure our brand standards are applied at every shift.
  • You’re responsible for managing your section to high standards, communicating about lapses in quality when needed.
  • You stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about all our food, drinks, and amenities.
  • You’re responsible for the correct handling and payment of guest bills according to procedures, managing personal cash floats, completing receipts, reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • You’ll schedule and allocate tasks efficiently to optimize productivity.
  • You’ll follow guidance and instructions from your leadership team.
