YEZI Restaurant & Teahouse is bringing a social fine dining experience to art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio.

If you know art’otel, you know we like to do things differently. Our guests come to us for something that goes beyond their usual hotel expectations, and that’s what you’ll be delivering as one of our Waiter / Waitress.

Your approach to the job will be inspired by your authentic style and self - always ready with care and attention, a great recommendation, a tip that only you could give. We’re looking for passionate individuals to help us craft unforgettable moments through exceptional service, creativity, and attention to detail.

What you do as Waiter / Waitress :

• Understand and follow restaurant policies and standards of performance.
• Apply brand standards at every shift.
• Manage your section to the highest standards, communicating lapses in quality.
• Stay knowledgeable about all our food, drink, and amenities.
• Handle and process guest bills correctly, including personal cash floats and reconciliation.
• Schedule and allocate tasks efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Follow guidance and instructions from the leadership team.

What you bring as Waiter / Waitress :

• You’re all about teamwork, so you’ll be considerate and supportive of team members, helping to create a positive and collaborative work culture.
• You’re a stickler for keeping standards of cleanliness and presentation high, from your own personal presentation to those of your section.

There’s a lot more to this job than we’ve given you here – don’t worry, we’ll fill you in on everything before you begin. We might also add other similar responsibilities on a temporary or permanent basis, depending on the needs of YEZI.
