Role Overview: Responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to existing and prospective clients globally, including Cash & Liquidity Management, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Commercial Card, and Trade Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams within an assigned portfolio, increasing product penetration through stakeholder collaboration.
  2. Build and develop client relationships to generate new business and deepen existing relationships.
  3. Lead client calls, proposals, and pitches to enhance revenue and relationships.
  4. Consult with clients to identify needs and match bank resources for tailored solutions.
  5. Negotiate pricing for treasury products to optimize relationships.
  6. Plan client and portfolio strategies to drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized treasury solutions and identify new opportunities.
  8. Coordinate with various departments including Investment Banking, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
  9. Promote digital adoption and manage strategic client dialogues.
  10. Lead and develop Treasury Sales Analysts and Officers.
  11. Provide feedback to management for product development.
  12. Represent the bank at industry and client events.
  13. Maintain deep client and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to foster partnerships and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong risk management skills and ability to balance client, team, and bank needs.
  • Extensive treasury management and working capital experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • FCA certification and ACT Cert ICM preferred.
