Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Market to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth strategies in Europe. This role will shape and expand indaHash’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for people.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for Europe to position indaHash as a leading influencer marketing partner.
  • Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and PR, establishing indaHash as a top influencer campaign brand.
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-potential brands and agencies into active clients.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with local and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the regional budget for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and social media platform changes.
  • Provide data-driven performance reports to the CEO.

Requirements :
