We are seeking an experienced Head of Market to lead our sales operations and develop strategies for revenue growth across Europe. This role is crucial in expanding indaHash’s presence in the market.

Responsibilities :
  • Market Strategy : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Europe, positioning indaHash as a leading influencer marketing partner for agencies and brands.
  • New Business & PR : Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, PR, and local presence, establishing indaHash as a key influencer marketing brand.
  • Client Acquisition : Identify and convert high-potential brands and agencies into active clients, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Client Management : Maintain strong relationships, ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs, are delivered on time, and stay within budget.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor local or cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and performance feedback.
  • Budget Management : Manage the regional budget to maximize ROI.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, consumer shifts, competitor activity, and platform changes to inform strategy.
  • Reporting : Provide data-driven updates on business performance, client pipeline, campaign results, and market opportunities to the CEO.
