We are seeking an experienced Head of Market to lead our sales operations, develop strategy, and drive revenue growth across Europe. This role will be pivotal in expanding indaHash’s presence in the market.

Responsibilities :
  • Market Strategy : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Europe, positioning indaHash as a leading influencer marketing partner.
  • Business Development & PR : Generate new client opportunities via outreach, networking, and PR to establish indaHash as a top influencer campaign brand.
  • Client Acquisition : Identify and convert high-potential brands and agencies into active clients to ensure revenue growth.
  • Client Management : Maintain strong relationships, ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring KPI alignment, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor local or cross-functional teams, providing direction and feedback.
  • Budget Management : Manage regional budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, consumer shifts, and social media platform updates.
  • Reporting : Provide data-driven updates on performance, pipeline, campaigns, and market opportunities to the CEO.
